Refund and Returns Policy
All custom orders are final. Standard items may be returned under strict conditions. Please review our policy before purchasing.

Thank you for shopping with Creative Mood LLC. We want you to have a smooth experience with our products and services. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Custom Orders
Because our products are made-to-order and customized (including LED Neon Signs, design work, and digital services), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made items unless there is a proven defect in manufacturing or delivery.
2. Standard Products & Accessories
For non-custom items (such as power supplies, remote controls, DIY kits, or other accessories), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund minus original shipping charges.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@creativemood.studio with photos and details.
If confirmed, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
In rare cases, we may issue a full refund.

5. Exceptions
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Final sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for design errors that were approved by the customer before production.
