https://creativemood.studio is an E-Commerce Site.

We specialize in making custom signs for businesses and special events. We also provide balloon decoration, t-shirt printing, laser cutting, CNC machining, 3D printing, and web and graphic design services.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers (ACH)

• Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, and other major coins supported by Coinbase)

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Payments are considered confirmed only after they have been successfully processed.

For cryptocurrency transactions:

Payment is considered final once confirmed on the blockchain and cannot be refunded.

Creative Mood is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value after payment has been made.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Children Under Thirteen

Creative Mood does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://creativemood.studio only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Custom Products and Services: Because our work is personalized, cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

No Refunds: Refunds are not available except in the case of an error proven to be on our part (e.g., defective product, incorrect specifications).

Digital Services: Once delivered, digital design services are non-refundable.

Links to Third Party Sites

https://creativemood.studio may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). These are not under the control of Creative Mood, and Creative Mood is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, designs, images, compilations, and software) is the property of Creative Mood or its suppliers and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Intellectual Property in Custom Work

• Client Content: Any logos, images, or designs provided by the client remain the property of the client.
• Creative Mood Designs: Any original designs, concepts, or artwork created by Creative Mood remain the intellectual property of Creative Mood unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license for personal or business use of the final delivered product but do not obtain ownership of the underlying design files unless explicitly stated.

International Use and Shipping

• USA Deliveries: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
• International Deliveries: For deliveries outside the USA, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Mood, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings are not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Creative Mood does not guarantee that the Site or its services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Mood shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or opportunities).

Any issues arising from delays, errors, or failures in third-party shipping or courier services.

Your sole remedy if dissatisfied with the Site or our services is to discontinue their use.

Termination and Governing Law

Creative Mood may terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Wyoming for any disputes.
